Love it

I am under 5' tall and ordered a "size P" Red . I worried it would be too tight, but it fits comfortably. It "twirls" nicely too. I did need to hem it about 2" but I could have worn it as is, I just prefer slightly shorter. It arrived before the expected delivery date which was a pleasant surprise.
