I'm thoroughly disappointed with this sanding belt. I've had back and forth conversations with someone from sales via email and they Say the problem is humidity in my shop That's just ridiculous. I have sent them a 8 second video of my belt running, and a 9 second video of their new belt running. Clearly, humidity has nothing to do with it. I have also requested at least a partial refund and have heard nothing but crickets from them since. I would gladly supply to anyone who requests, a copy of both videos to look at, so they can decide for themselves.
