The product is different and made with care. When I received my lip balm holder, I thought it was to tight to fit the lip balms that I already had in my home. So, you must bare in mind that it will only fit the regular "drugstore size" lip balm. Other than that, it's perfect, exactly like shown in the photos. I really enjoyed the costumer service and the care put out in the brand and client's satisfaction. I recommend the purchase and the brand!
