Great bag, bought for a trip this coming October to Guatemala rain forest. Incredibly well made and will be my third Frostriver bag. Service from Natural Man very good, I live in the Shetland Isles and yet this bag arrived a couple of days after being ordered. Highly recommend this company and Frostriver bags.

I have one other Frost River backpack and was very happy when I came across Natural Man and saw that they sell them. After deciding that I wanted the Arrowhead ECO Rolltop, I had questions before my purchase. Mark was incredibly helpful and quick to respond which solidified, in my mind, that I will purchase the backpack from him. The entire process of purchasing was smooth/easy without any stress AT ALL! The backpack arrived within a week (even with going through the entry process to my Country). All I can say about the backpack is that it's Frost River, which means QUALITY. But what else is QUALITY is Natural Man! I will happily buy from them again!
