I recently had a disappointing experience with Delta Plates. I ordered a set of number plates in mid-December, but within just two months, one of the letters fell off. I contacted them about the issue, and their initial response was underwhelming. They offered to send the missing letter, but I expressed concerns about alignment and the overall quality of the plate. Instead of addressing my valid concerns, they insisted on only replacing the missing letter, claiming they couldn't issue a new plate unless there was physical damage. When I pointed out that a missing digit constituted damage, they still refused to provide a satisfactory solution. Their final offer was a measly 20% discount on a future purchase, which hardly compensates for the inconvenience and poor quality of their product. Overall, I found their customer service lacking and their refusal to acknowledge a faulty product disappointing. I wouldn't recommend Delta Plates based on this experience
