Eco Bamboo-Charcoal Floss

Sturdy!

I love this container and I love the floss! I'm sensitive to the way some floss tastes and this floss doesn't trigger any of my sensitivities. Will be repurchasing!

Best compostable floss I’ve tried

I’ve tried lots of floss - and though I miss my cocofloss, once I read that 3 million miles of floss are disposed of each year in the landfill, I knew I had to make the switch. This floss works better than silk for me. It doesn’t break between my closely spaced teeth. I opted for the bamboo holder (thought the metal might rust and the glass might break) and I could be happier. The cutter makes a pretty short strand, but I have found that if you hold a loop in the floss be for you cut it, it’s very easy to grab again.

Good floss, delightful case

The bamboo floss is wonderful. I have tight teeth, and it easily slips between my tight teeth, and doesn’t break or fray, although I do floss gently to preserve my gums. The black color from the charcoal makes it satisfying to see the particles of food removed by the floss, and the charcoal doesn’t leach onto my teeth. It is pricey, but I’m glad not to be flossing with plastic. I happily throw the used floss into my compost pile. Every time I use the floss, I delight in seeing the rainbow color of the case I chose, like opening a drawer and seeing a hummingbird.
