These are great Off-set Pivot Hinges. Work great. I was concerned about if the offset extension of the hinge would clear the door casing trim on the wall outside the door; it does, clears fine. Hinges are of heavier gauge metal so they can project outside the doorway without door sag. Very good product. Great for EXTRA width needed for Wheelchairs and Walkers.

Works great

Moves the door more out of the way than I thought it would. Door opens smoothly. Just be sure there’s enough room for the door to swing out if the way.

Extra clearance

With the door fully open these hinges increased the door opening by 2”.
