Extended Lip Strike

Exactly what I needed

When we replaced our door trim during a remodel, it resulted in our strike plates being too short. We left them off, but the door would bang every time the window was open. The extended lip strike plate solved the issue perfectly!

Not a strike out !

Just what we needed

During a current bathroom remodel, we had a thicker door trim installed. When our door was reinstalled, along with the hardware, the door latch was hitting and marking the newly painted trim. Unfortunately, when I mentioned this to the contractor, his response was "we're just going to leave it". That was not acceptable to me, so I researched and found Stone Harbor Hardware, and their extended lip strike plate. The order came quickly, I installed and it took care of the issue. You would think that a Design/Construction firm would take care of something like this. I'm just glad that I found it. Definitely recommend.
