Harvest Fingering

Lovely yarn, but someone had joined two strands with a knot. Very disappointing as I am going to use this as the line color in the Papillon Shawl and need the full yardage without any knots. The yarn is also difficult to wind into a ball. Customer service was good.

Employee emailed me when there was a question about my order and she mailed the yarn immediately. The service was excellent and I received the yarn in a timely manner.
