waiting on refund

I ordered a size 7 1/4, they shipped a 7 1/8. Returned it and they sent a 7 3/4. They said I had to pay to return it for a refund. They were not sending anything else because I fussed about the quality if the had. It has a floppy brim that will not hold shape. I have a hat I bought in 2007 and love it and still wear it daily. So Sorry

Pleasantly Surprised.

We gave this to our son for his birthday. We were all surprised at how quickly it arrived. The hat was sent priority mail and we had it 4 days after we ordered. It was good quality and it fit him perfectly. We will order from rmohats again. Thanks
