Quality stuff

This regalia is legit. I was worried that 1) it was not gonna arrive on time (always a worry, right?) and 2) I was gonna look way different than my peers, regardless of the pics in the website. However … my robes arrived with plenty of time in advance and they looked great, very similar, dare I say even better than those the university makes us buy. The gown and velvet chevron are waayyyy better quality than the ones offered by the official pton university vendor. Way cheaper too (if u are looking to buy, but I rented). The sizing is pretty accurate, I would say, and in general the garments just look more fancy and well made than those offered by the vendor. The hood is beautiful and the sleeves are more “puffy”, giving it a more regal look. The tam takes the prize tho. It looks amazing and the quality is unmatched. Everyone was asking where I got this awesome 8-point tan from, as the official vendor only offers the classic square (cardboard) cap or a four-point velvet doctoral tam. I’ll be keeping my tam as a memento. I can’t reccomend capgown enough.
