This pack is awesome! I add flavor to burgers, breakfast burritos, fajitas, almost everything. Start out with just a little and add more as you get comfortable with it. When I use the ghost pepper in burgers, I drizzle the burger with some honey, top it with a pineapple ring and melt a slice of pepperjack over the top. The ghost pepper opens your taste buds and you get a rush of sweet flavor, so amazing!

I originally ordered these hot spices for a friend who likes making hot spiced sausage. He is a real chili head. I will be using these on a smaller scale.
