Great service! I was in the need of a wheelchair rental to get around. I called on a Saturday morning and the item was at my doorstep that same evening. The customer service experience was incredible. The person that answered the phone answered all my questions and walked me through the process of submitting my order online. Additionally, they communicated when there was a delay due to traffic in the area. The website was also easy to navigate. I will definitely recommend this service to others when in need.
