Unbelievably Accomodating

When I rented the bed from medical supplies and services I didn't realize they were in the Chicago area and we live about an hour and a half from Chicago. They still delivered the bed to us and offered to work with workers compensation on reimbursement too. I think it was Juan who delivered our bed and he was so nice and my thoughts are with him and his family as they lost someone close and he was still working to deliver medical equipment to those in need. I highly highly recommend medical supplies and services for your needs. Great company to work with.

Great service!

We were in need of a hospital bed for our home quickly. I did a Google search, found this site placed the order and had a call about an hour later to say the bed would be delivered and setup the next day! The timing was perfect and Juan did a great job communicating with me the day of delivery. The bed has worked out great for my husband so far and it is easy to move around, if need be.
