Anglo Scandinavian Shoes

Anglo Scandinavian shoes. I initially bought a size 9 based on my “usual” shoe size, completely forgetting that my “usual” shoes run notoriously small. I received my exchange back following the proceedure in the included notes, LIGHTNING fast, even being on opposite sides of the country. I added a pair of decent quality inserts and they have been super comfortable wearing at my week long event this week. Will shop here again and definitely recommend!

First off I want to mention this is my initial review, I've only worn them a handful of times so far so I'll return at a later date with more wear on them to review how they hold up. With that out of the way, I'd like to say I'm very satisfied with the shoes so far. These are not 100% historical, they contain a rubber sole and inaccurate stitching around it, however the center and most visible seam is period based. They are, however, a good compromise for the price. The leather is quite thick, and the heel has extra leather to help it wear slower. I am predicting these shoes will last me a while, and I would recommend them based on my experiences so far. I also purchased the twenty dollar seax, and it too is a very sturdy little tool for the price, I will be buying from Bohemond in the future.
