this is great to just prop it up, and the ring does make it a bit more secure when you're taking pics hanging over a ledge so you don't get butterfingers and it falls out of your hands

Keep these on my motorcycle and scooter keychain. Use this regularly. Whenever I’m off bike at a destination and want to watch a YouTube video. Also great for holding phone for one hand operation.

Solid product and great warranty team

Highly recommended product, and I've had 3 of them now. 1st lasted me for 2 years before I managed to damage and lose it on a trip. The 2nd had issues after about a month and I reached out to the warranty service due the defect. Quad lock replaced it without issue and quickly, now this 3rd one is still going strong and I expect to get years of use out of it.
