Massive Disappointment - Delivered 2 Days Late

We paid for the booth to be delivered to a client for a tradeshow and it got there 2 days late. While there was an issue with FedEx, the problems started when your company put the wrong address in the initial delivery and then things went downhill from there, even though you corrected the initial mistake. The bright spot - our customer service reps were responsive and informative, but the bottom line is our client paid for an expensive trade show space, paid for a rush delivery on a booth and it didn’t happen as expected and paid for. We appreciated the partial refund, but thought the entire payment should have been refunded.
