My first order was perfect ,so I ordered another gift set(2) glasses. Unfortunately when I ordered the lettering on the glasses I hadn't checked the box for the $10 charge. You shipped the glasses without the lettering. Again, my mistake. I think it would have been in your best interest to contact me for the $10 charge, instead of shipping the glasses with no lettering. I then reordered the glasses with the lettering and included the $10 with the full payment on this 3rd order. Fine product, well made.
