Taste was okay but not sure I would call it an entree because serving is small-works great as a side dish though

I love Mac&Cheese, so I had to try out this high protein low calorie version. It's maybe a little low on the mac, but the cheese is the real thing, gooey, cheesy, and yummy in all the right ways. If you were a blue box kid in need of the old comfort food, this one is for you.

If you like really creamy Mac & Cheese you must try this!! I also added celery & extra water & made cheesy soup, very good!
