Good Service. No issues on smell... Honestly it smells just like it would when I buy X-Pressions the only hair use for box braids. Best quality. Not even tangle. Even if it was it comes right out easy... Plus with the Pre-Stretched. It was actually kinda different the way it was packed. O wish it was just packed differently but but I seen why n it was a grant to more hair than I thought. Lol, I ended buying 14 packages of X-Pressions. If you had curled X-Pressions with the same price it be nice. But when I want curl I have to buy tressee... Or another brand. But overall it's stupendous in my book. Don't worry about the the bundles it's fine .. it's just a side opinion. The bundles are fabulous.

Nice hair

Bundles are nice and lightweight... Has no smell of chemicals.... Will order again. These bundles are about the same size when compared to a different bundle I also bought online
