First of all, I bought this necklace for my girlfriend, and she totally loved it until the class broke after months of deciding on what to do with the necklace. I finally called NOGU and their return policy was just marvelous. All I had to pay was shipping and handling they replaced a necklace for your cost. You can’t be. Can’t be any more happier now she can wear her gorgeous necklace again.

I want to return it

I bought it for an anklet and because it goes around twice 1 is tighter than the other and the extra left over is too long. I would prefer it go around once it is too long. How do I return it?
