I purchase their ceremonial grade matcha because the quality is consistently excellent, the flavor is fresh, smooth, and delicious, and it’s fairly priced for such a high-quality product. I love how strong the flavor is. You can really taste the quality of Matcha once you try it. Other brands taste so blunt and full of chemical chemicals. Meanwhile, MatchaBar has a genuine natural flavor. It’s sooooo good

I subscribed, but the 3 free gifts never came. I emailed customer service, no answer, so then left another message on the website comment form, but also no response for weeks. I am very disappointed.
