Well made

This was the first large mold I had bought since starting soap making a few months ago. I was impressed with how well made it was, and the fact that the sides slide up and off for easy removal of the silicone mold. What I don’t like about it is that it’s really difficult to tamp 22 lbs of soap to get the air bubbles out! Also, the size of the bars of soap it makes are VERY large. To make a more practical sized bar that fits into the hand I’m going to have to only fill it 3/4 full. Other than figuring out those glitches it works very well. The silicone liner is not flimsy at all and makes a nice loaf of soap.

I’m so happy I was able to get this mold. I have the double mold and when I saw that this one was back in stock I had to get it. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m sure I’m going to love it as much as I love the double. Soaping has been so much easier since I switched over to these molds!
