Classic Scuffs Ladies Chestnut

I had a problem with the fit (not a sizing issue). This shoe fits in length but is so floppy when walking its hard to keep on my foot. The part your toes go in is short and covers less than half of your foot. It looks like more coverage then it is because of fluff. Customer service is unhelpful at best. Not trying to go against their strick return policy just get some advice. I would never buy from the company again after spending $300 on shoes to be treated poorly when asking for advise on how to accommodate the shoes to my feet or exchange for a different style. I was told no exchanges after trying the shoe on. How can i know if it fits without trying it on? Not sure what to do with expensive shoes i cant wear. Very disappointing.
