Efficient customer service!

My beautiful faucet arrived and when I installed it, there was a defect in the center spout that caused a leak. I called Lulani's customer service and was given an apology and then sent a return label that same day. I mailed the broken one back and they exchanged me a new one within days. It now works and looks great! They gave me the option to work the exchange through the online superstore, or to deal with them directly - which I took the latter. They were no fuss, no muss, direct and sincere. The way customer service used to be.
