Delicious Iced
This is my go-to tea for iced. Very floral with just the right balance of green tea to jasmine blossom. Perfect! I brew a 2 quart batch every week or so, keep it in the fridge ready to pour. More in the warm months. 25 grams tea to 8 cups of 180° water, steep for a couple of hours - brings out a subtle bitterness that mixes well with the ice.
