The good news is that Juno Jones' customer service is excellent—very responsive and helpful! Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the updated Medi boots. I bought my first pair in March 2023 and absolutely loved them. They were comfortable, stylish, and fit just right in size 8.5, even if a bit snug with regular socks. However, the newer version feels noticeably different. The materials seem lower in quality, and the sizing is way off—the same size fits much too large now. Based on the fit, I probably would have needed a 7.5 this time around. I really wish the new version kept the same quality and sizing as the original I came to trust.

I’m in the middle of this experience. My size 10boot was ENORMOUS, so I’m exchanging for a size 9. I’ll let you know how I fare once I receive them.
