I love the Dental Pod. It’s small and mighty and leaves my aligners squeaky clean in just 5 minutes. After about a month my particular pod stopped working, it would not turn on. I’ve contacted Zima and I’ve never experienced a more attentive and faster response from a customer service. Within less than 24 hours of making contact they had already shipped a replacement at no charge. Highly recommended if you are on Invisalign (as I am), but I suspect it works just as well for other dental appliances

I was sceptical as to how well this would work on my old stained retainer and was prepared to have to use it multiple times a day until it was clean. I used it once with a zima dental tablet and it was practically sparkling so very happy with the results.

Great products when they work, but rubbish customer service. I’m still awaiting details to send back a faulty pod
