I love its sleek design, excellent organization, and outstanding gear protection. Its customizable compartments make it easy to carry multiple cameras, lenses, accessories, and even a laptop. The durable, weather-resistant construction is also ideal for unpredictable weather conditions. While I love the bag, it is a bit too heavy. I wish it were lighter, especially since it is often loaded with a lot of equipment. I gifted this to my husband in 2025, and about a year later, the zipper and its track broke. However, we were grateful that the warranty claim process was quick and hassle-free, and we received a replacement within a few weeks. Overall, both the bag and the customer service are superb. I highly recommend it to photographers and content creators looking for a well-designed and reliable camera backpack.

The only decision I have to make before traveling is do I take my 25 l or my 35 l and stick the 8l sling into it! I've had both for several years and they look as new

I am a full-time videographer and I drive a lot to shoots as well as fly to some areas and this bag has been the best all-in-one solution for all of my gear. I did have some issues with the bag’s main zipper. I think because I use them so often but their customer service is the best. I would recommend any of their bags, love the company and quality!
