Nice purse except for the shoulder strap

The online order was easy and the purse arrived nicely packaged. What I have an issue with is the shoulder strap. I am always having to adjust it and fix the sides so the strap lays flat. I wish someone would take a second look at the design of the strap. I do get a lot of compliments on it though.
