Glue

The hoodie I received had some sort of adhesive or glue on the inside. I tried to wash it but it didn’t seem to help. I reached out via email about what I could do to wash it or possibly exchange it but have not heard back. Got an email today asking for my thoughts on the product so here they are. I’m sure it’s a random thing that never happens and I’m not angry or anything I would just like a response ya know? Other than that the sweatshirt is nice I just haven’t been able to wear it.
