I order the flannels and party shirts often , 4xl fits great . Unfortunately the workforce 4xl are very small . Order a bigger size. ,

I have been searching for these tyoe of workshirts FOREVER! Many years ago, Dickies had a short sleeve button up work shirt. I called them mechanic shirts. They were the BEST work shirt for the heat,ever. Fast forward 20 years and i cant find them anywhere anymore. So when i received this gem, i was very happy. Its not the same as the ones from my youth,but its the closest by far. Fits perfect, quality is very, very nice. Only way to make it better is to put snap buttons on. But thats just me.
