I have ordered quite a few items from this company of the years. I recently ordered 4 harnesses for my two frenchies. I am very obviously a ding bat and ordered them all in the wrong size. I contacted the company and they immediately exchanged my items with no questions. They are so pleasant to deal with! About the replacement harnesses- they fit my two frenchies like a dream! They are complimented every time we go for “walkies” as I call it in baby frenchie talk! They fit their little tank bodies perfectly and look great!
