Replacement Extender Rings

Mine broke and I reached out to customer service several times. Their process for submitting a picture of the damaged part to get a replacement would not work so they would not help me and stopped responding. Finally I had no choice but to order and pay for my own replacement order. Completely unacceptable. Do better! I will never order new equipment from them again because the customer service and replacement guarantee is not honored as stated. No thank you, this experience was beyond ridiculous and unacceptable!

Dislike these. They are not made of durable material. They break so quickly.

They break really easy the plastic cracked on the first try I put them on.
