The bag itself is good and as advertised. The problem I had was that the product arrived smelling like heavy mildew/mold. The problem is the handles are wet and tucked into each bag. Since the inner lining of the bags are plastic, it is not possible for them to dry. TBF there a bunch of those moisture absorbing packets into each box, so it is obvious they know of the problem, but this doesn’t fix it since the bags are wrapped in plastic and the moisture absorbing packets are on the outside. I ordered a bunch of items from this company and noticed the same problem with all their bags with puffy handles. The bags with thin handles, are fine and don’t have any mildew scent.

Great quality and their customer service and return/exchange policy is fantastic! We will definitely be purchasing from them again. Would highly recommend their products! :)
