These mats are the ultimate luxury. They will be just perfect for my Sound Healing and shamanic work. Although these are advertised as yoga mats, they are not appropriate to do yoga on because of the thickness and softness. Maybe yoga Nidra

Beautiful, comfortable, but design flaws

Super comfortable as a kundalini yoga/meditation mat. High quality look, feel and materials. Definitely recommend for meditations, sound bath experiences, breath work sessions, etc If you’re not strong (I am), you’re not carrying this a distance, especially if you’re carrying other stuff. A shoulder strap should be included with this…just attached or separate to be rolled within and slung over as a crossbody. It can be a struggle with full hands to ‘roll up and go’. For us short girls, it drags on the ground with arm extended while carrying by the strap.
