Nice towels. But

I ordered ten high quality towels. They are very nice however disappointed to have maybe four of them arrive and they already have visible snags on them and they have not even yet been out to use so worried about them snagging easily.

I called your company 2 different times to have you call me back so I could use a gift card for the purchase and to date no call back. your recording says you'll get back to me that day. ha. I ended up using my visa to purchase them. they seem nice but I haven't used them yet so no review that way
