I have ordered many times from lou lou and aleays been satisfied. They have the beat packaging for gift giving and it really elevates their product, however this time my order came in a plastic bag like an amazon purchase. No way I can give this as a gift, I’m very disappointed and now wonder if future purchases will arrive like this. I will have to think about ordering again
