I have ligaments and patella knee issues. I find the pad very supportive and comfortable to wear. It's actually my second one as I lost the first one and the knee felt very unsupported without it.

Good product, well supported

Good product. Knee well supported and pain reduced. Does not affect skin or circulation to my toes. But have to adjust the Patella each time I bend my knee to pull up and prevent it from sliding down. A small trade-off, than buying a smaller size and restricting blood flow.
