This was my first pair of salvage jeans. I am blown away by the density of the fabric and the quality of the craftsmanship. Wish I would've bought a pair sooner. They fit great, I get tons of compliments on them. Love the color

Another Pair - More Perfection

I own another pair of Hiroshi's in a different fit (Scissors). I was on the fence about the Pen because I do like a more fitted look, but they were on sale so I decided to give them a shot. As with all other selvedge jeans, the first couple of wears are ROUGH, that's to be said about this experience particularly based on the higher seat (less room between waistband and crotch). However, I'm glad I stuck to the experiment because after several wears they're truly molding to my body. I also LOVE this colorway, it's so much more textured in person. My wife commented that they truly do look vintage (she had no idea where this pair was from when I first wore) and I think that's the fair takeaway here. The jeans require some time, but once you break them in (and stretch them out, as I've come to do), they are perfect. I love this brand and their product so much, will obviously be buying more in the future.

I’m 6’3”, 217lb, and a size 36 fits me better than I could have imagined! They are my new favorite jeans, and I’m already planning on getting at least 3 other colors.
