Took 4 months to get first order and sent wrong size. Sent same size I had tried on when they visited Halifax size 12 which was too small . They were supposed to send size 121/2 but sent size 12. Another 2 or 3 months before I finally received the shoes. I am happy with shoes I received but only arrived a few days ago.
