Get this if you have a vibration/shimmy after installing a lift kit

This and the 3/4" Carrier Bearing Spacer reduced my post-lift-kit wobble/shake/vibration by 85-90%.

The ADF CVT carrier insert eliminates the flex that dulls your power delivery. Crosstrek with CVT owners know what I mean. Installation was moderately challenging but YT has a lot of helpful content. NVH is increased but barely. Highly recommended.
