Connection isn’t correct

Our camera has a 6 pin to 6 pin connection and the new reel comes with a 4 pin connection. We tried to install but it was not the same connection wire as our old camera. This isn’t disclosed when ordering. We called customer service and they just said to go get a cable and install which is not something that’s available at Best Buy or anything like that. Forbest actually has the cable we need and never offered it to us. I had to search google for a 4 pin to 6 pin connection and it came up on forbests website. The only challenge is the old cable was about 12” long. The cable we ordered from forbest is 9 feet long

OD Inspections review

After struggling moving the counter and the cable from the new reel frame to the new one, everting worked just fine, but it will be a lot easy if you sell the reel and the counter already assembly for the old units, I had to drill new holes in the counter because the holes already on it didn't match the hole location for the screws. I we have a second unit down for the same issue, but we still deciding if we will get it part for it too.
