No customer service, good, but short table

I want to return the table because it does not meet my expectations. I have called 3 times and just get a recording; I've left messages with my order #, ph #, and name asking for a return authorization--just like their "Returns" policy says. I have also emailed at least twice asking. No one returns my calls or responds to my email. The table itself is fine and arrived undamaged. I like it, but it's too short. Most coffee tables are 18" H, but this one is between 14-15", depending if you count the raised edge. I received a new sofa from Macy's I ordered before the table arrived. The sofa seat is 2-3" higher than I anticipated, so the coffee table is WAY too low. I thought it would be easier to return a small coffee table than the sofa, but not so much. I need a higher coffee table. Meanwhile, I am waiting for a reply from Casagear's "hassle-free 30 day returns."
