So far, so good. It works like a charm I worry about what happens when I run out of cheese. Will I be able to put a new piece easily? Time will tell. But for now, I’m pleased.

Disappointed in how product arrived…”melted“

During a recent couples dinner in Chicago we all fell in love with this cheese and specifically the cool concept of the built in grater. After returning to Arizona I searched online to purchase this cheese/grater as a surprise gift for all our friends that were on the trip. I ordered 5 of these cheese/graters but sadly they all arrived “melted” with the cheese having seeped through the grater and into the packaging. It was a greasy mess upon opening. Unfortunately, the items were in no condition to present as gifts to our friends. We were very disappointed, as we were excited to order this product on a regular basis for use at home. And it was expensive, so waste of a lot of money. We love fresh grated cheese and the built in grater is such a great concept. But company needs to find a better way to ship the product so it stays cool/chilled and the quality of product is kept intact.
