I ordered new leather from this company. I was skeptical at first because they seem to be a small company. My order took weeks to ship I was very annoyed and expressed that to the lady. She explained to me that the issue was with USPS and not them. I honestly didn’t believe her at first and regretted using them. After about 15-16 days, my product showed up just like she said and she was telling the truth about the issue with USPS. They were having technical issues with their tracking info. She was very patient and professional with me as I expressed my annoyance. She also went above and beyond to continue to check on my product. The product arrived and it is nice quality and the color is also accurate. I gave 4 stars only because of the shipment issue. The company has resolved that issue since and are now using another carrier. I have reordered more leather from this company.
