Shipped beautifully packed on a pallet, arrived as promised. Instructions were clear, contractor had only one question, which was promptly answered with a phone call to Solar Pool Supply. We are in the Rocky Mountains - not exactly prime pool territory - and in spite of receiving more rain in May than Seattle did (!!!) the pool heated up promptly with less sun than usual. We are delighted with the product and the company.

Good product. Tyler gave me excellent customer service. When we finally got some warmer temperatures this week I had my first swim today. I have friends who are spending a lot to heat with fossil fuels. This works and except for the initial cost I will be heating for free for years.
