Charged restocking fee and return shipping and product didn’t work with our set up

BUYER BEWARE!! Could not install the product. It requires VERY specialized fabricator to be able to cut the countertop correctly for the unit to sit flush with the top. We were disappointed we couldn’t make it work and then really disappointed when we tried to return it and found out there was a 15% restocking fee and we had to pay the return shipping. That added up to over $100 for a product we could not use. REALLY make sure your fabricator can do this and make it look right before you order or you’ll get an expensive lesson like we did.
