Great Customer Service

Initially gave 3 stars because of issues described below but I owner Frank personally emailed ne with tips for application and is sending me replacement tattoos as the ones I received may have been past their shelf life. Thanks Frank! Love the concept and the idea of it, but the first one I applied lasted 3 showers. My kids tattoos I couldn't get off of them when I scrubbed. Wish these lasted like those, especially at the price they are.
