Product is great but Customer Service is even better!

I've always enjoyed for Earl Grey but I never knew how great the company is until I had a shipping/delivery issue. After one "Contact Customer Support" message on their web site asking for them to see what happened to my order, Customer Service responded the next day saying they were looking into it. Order got hung up with delivery company and instead of making me wait until things got straightened out, Heavenly Teas shipped me a replace order immediately. Now that's Customer Service you don't experience much nowadays. Thank you Heavenly Teas.
